As you are probably already aware, we have decided on a slightly different form of business. Our flower shop is not physically open, but that's why our online store is open 24/7. We try to have as many products as there are flavors. We constantly update our stock and try to ensure that there is always something new and innovative in our online flower shop, gift shop and creative shop.

Each product is unique and unique, so it may happen that it deviates slightly from the one in the picture, which has already put a smile on someone's face. The provider makes every effort to ensure the consistency and up-to-dateness of the data and photos of the products published on the website. The photos are symbolic and do not guarantee the characteristics of the Product. The actual product may differ from the photo on the website at the time of purchase, mainly due to seasonal differences and the availability of individual types and colors of flowers. The provider does not guarantee the full identity of the product with the photo, but undertakes to make the purchase as close as possible to the desired product from the offer, and that the selected flowers or the colors of the flowers will be suitable for the event and the purpose of the purchase. The provider will always strive to ensure that the floral arrangements are equivalent to the published photo and the client's interest. The provider reserves the right to replace one or more components in the flower arrangement, but always in such a way that the flower arrangement will be similar to the description (style and quality).

The client must be aware that he is giving a fresh product and although the provider guarantees that he uses the best quality flowers, the length of time the freshness of the flower arrangement also depends on the care of the recipient.

Flowers - warning!
Some types of flowers and leaves can be toxic and cause allergic reactions on the skin. Flowers should be stored out of the reach of children and people with sensitive skin and wash hands after handling flowers and leaves. Dust from the stamens of some flowers (lily and anemone) can leave permanent stains on the fabric.

In the event that the user assesses that the delivered product is significantly different from the ordered product (informative photos of the product), the delivered product can be personally returned to the provider's address within five days of delivery. , replaces the product with a new one (this does not apply to products made from fresh flowers!).

Warning!
The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited. The buyer must be of legal age. Otherwise, the provider immediately withdraws from the contract.

    The general terms and conditions of the online store trgovina.zvoncek-s.si are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1), the Copyright and Related rights and based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-business.

    Buyer or the user is bound by the general conditions that are valid at the time of placing the online order. Even before placing an order with the obligation to pay, the user is warned of the general terms and conditions of business, which he must confirm and agree to. The general conditions are an integral and inseparable part of the sales contract.

    A user is a person who uses our system, i.e. a customer. User registration is not required. The purchase can also be made without registration. When registering in the online store, the user receives a username and password that he determines himself. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The buyer is bound by the general conditions valid at the time of purchase. When placing an order, the user is reminded of the general terms and conditions of business every time, and by placing the order he confirms his familiarity with them. If the user wishes to change his email address to another at any time later, he must send the request to info@zvoncek-s.com. The change of e-mail address will be carried out within three working days, and the user will be informed about this via e-mail.

    The provider collects, manages, processes and stores the obtained data exclusively for the needs of its own business, sending informational material, offers, invoices and other necessary communication and does not provide it in any form to other legal or natural persons, unless the data is requested by a competent state authority with a final decision , issued in the exercise of its lawful duties.

  • 4 ORDERING

    Products can be ordered on the website 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

    How the purchase is made: first you select a product or products in the online store and add them to the basket, by scrolling to the basket you will see a list of products that have been added to the basket. The provider and the user find the most optimal solution for a new purchase or a refund in the form of a gift voucher or cash. After completing the purchase, it is not possible to change the product, the final amount, the delivery address and other agreed conditions. Payment is a condition for completing the purchase.

After confirmation of receipt of the order, it is not possible to change the content of the order or of the final amount of the order, except exceptionally with the approval of the provider.     The company Zvonček prepares, sends, or prepares the article for personal collection within the agreed period and informs the customer about this by e-mail or text message.   • 5 PAYMENT METHODS

    The following payment methods are available in the online store:
    • Payment according to the offer/proforma invoice** (you will receive the proforma invoice by e-mail), the deadline for payment of the proforma invoice is two days. If the advance invoice is not paid by the deadline for payment, the contract is considered to be terminated by law, and in this case the provider no longer guarantees the reservation for the ordered products and is free of all obligations related to this specific order.
    • Payment with payment cards* takes place through the payment system ??. card data is not recorded on the company's server, so your security is 100% guaranteed. Payment is possible with the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, America Express, Discover, Diners, JCB and Maestro (if the payer's Maestro payment card allows this).
    • Payment by cash or payment cards upon collection at the provider's store: Zvonček-S, doo at Ulica Viktorja Kejžarja 16, 4270 Jesenice. The customer submits the order online and pays for it upon collection by cash, BA/Maestro payment card, Maestro debit or Visa Electron debit card, Mastercard, Diners or Visa credit card.     *In case of payment with payment or credit cards, the following conditions also apply:
    • The payer (data in the user's account) must be the same person or organization as the owner of the payment or credit card.
    • In the event that the details of the payer on the account and the person on the payment or credit card do not match, the provider reserves the right to cancel the order

  • 6 INVOICE ISSUANCE

    After the delivery of the ordered items, the company Zvonček also sends the customer an invoice in pdf format to the customer's e-mail address. The price and all costs related to the purchase are detailed on the invoice. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. We do not take into account objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices. The invoice contains a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase (possible additional payment for delivery/postage, payment costs related to the payment method) and a notification to the buyer about the right to withdraw from the contract.

  • 7 PRICES

    All prices on the website are in euros and include value added tax (VAT). All prices in the online store are product prices and do not include delivery costs, which are charged additionally. The buyer is informed about the amount of delivery costs in the summary of the order, even before confirming the submission of the order with the obligation to pay, namely with a separate display of the amount of these costs. Delivery costs are shown both on the order and on the invoice for the issued goods and are paid by the buyer together with the order amount. The delivery cost is part of the final price of the entire order.

    The delivery cost is calculated automatically when the goods are ordered and will be displayed at the end of the order, even before the buyer submits the order with the obligation to pay. The cost of delivery depends on the size, dimensions and weight of the shipment and includes the cost of delivery and the cost of packaging and preparation. The cost of delivery can be changed in accordance with the price list of the delivery service in force at any time, and the cost of delivery cannot be changed after the moment when the contract is considered concluded in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

    Gift vouchers and discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash. Discounts and coupons are generally not cumulative, unless otherwise stated!

  • 8 SECURITY OF PURCHASE

    The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments. For these purposes, the provider uses an SSL certificate issued by an authorized organization. Credit card authorizations are carried out in real time with immediate verification of data from banks. Card information is not stored on the provider's server. We are not responsible for fees related to changing exchange rates and surcharges set by your bank, as well as any other additional fees for foreign currency transactions charged to you by your card issuer, in the event that EUR is not the currency in which you your credit card issuer issues invoices.

  • 9 COMPLAINTS

    Damaged, destroyed or lost shipment:
    In the case of prepayment, the provider is not responsible from the moment the shipment with the ordered products is submitted to the delivery service for cases where physical damage, destruction or loss of the shipment occurs, as well as not if the contents of the shipment are missing or if the shipment shows signs of being opened ( the packaging has visible damage). In all of these cases, the user must initiate a complaint procedure with Pošta Slovenije, i.e. take the shipment to the nearest post office in the same condition as it was received, without adding or removing anything, and fill out a complaint report.     If it is a personal delivery in connection with the delivered items, flowers, we will consider the complaint, as long as you notify us of the complaint within 8 hours of the delivery.

    Complaints will be considered if the provider did not comply with the order agreement (did not deliver the ordered flower arrangement; the flower arrangement was delivered to the wrong person or to the wrong address). The provider undertakes to eliminate the mentioned errors in the shortest possible time.

  • 10 DELIVERY

    In our online store, you can choose the option of delivery by fast mail, regular mail, personal Zvonček delivery or personal pickup.

    The delivery price depends on the choice of provider.

    The delivery costs are indicated on the order and consequently also on the invoice, and you settle them together with the order amount.

    We strongly recommend that you choose express mail, personal collection or personal delivery for products made from fresh flowers. This is the only way to guarantee that the product will reach you or your recipient in perfect condition.

    All orders can also be picked up at our company (flower shop Zvonček, Ulica Viktorja Kejžarja 16, 4270 Jesenice), by prior arrangement. The buyer is obliged to pick up the goods in the store within two (2) working days of receiving the notification by e-mail/SMS message. The acceptance period is an essential component of the contract. If the buyer does not take delivery of the goods by the specified deadline, the contract is terminated according to the law itself, and in this case the provider no longer guarantees the reservation for the ordered products and is free from all obligations arising from this specific order/contract.

    If, for various reasons, the buyer will not be able to take over the order within two (2) working days of receiving the notification by e-mail/SMS message or will require a longer deadline for collection (e.g. absence, illness, etc.), he must report this directly to the provider's store before the deadline for collection expires and make appropriate arrangements with the provider to determine a new or additional deadline for acceptance.

    Since every product in our online store is made by hand, you must order the product at least two days in advance to ensure delivery on the desired date, or one day earlier if you will pick up the product in person. Therefore, the product will be shipped within two working days from the payment of the advance invoice, or from the order submission in the case of cash on delivery or payment by payment cards.

    The delivery time in Slovenia by regular mail is 2-5 working days. In the case of choosing express mail and personal delivery, on the desired day of delivery. If there is any change, we are obliged to inform you about it and find another solution together with you.

    There are also many products that are personalized for a specific person. Such products must be ordered at least five days in advance, as a special room must be prepared in the workshop for the production of only this.

  • 11 GIFT VOUCHERS

    A gift voucher is a certified paper that the seller Zvonček-S, doo issues in physical form against payment (the buyer receives the gift voucher by post). Each gift certificate is marked with its own code (unique serial number), and the seller Zvonček-S, doo is obliged to accept it as payment for a purchase through the Zvonček online store.

    A gift certificate can be purchased in the online store trgovina.zvoncek-s.si. The same terms and conditions apply to the purchase of a gift certificate as to the purchase of other items. The validity of the gift voucher is 1 year from the date of issue of the voucher, unless otherwise indicated on the voucher.

    It is not possible to exchange a gift certificate for cash. The voucher can only be redeemed for the full amount. If the value of the purchase is higher than the value of the gift certificate, the holder of the gift certificate must pay the difference. The value of the purchase must be higher than the value of the gift certificate.

  • 12 DISCOUNT CODES

    The discount code or promotional code brings various advantages when purchasing through the online store trgovina.zvoncek-s.si. The code brings various benefits, from various gifts to discounts. Any code is always limited in time, and must be used within a limited specified period, otherwise it is invalid. If the customer uses a discount code, or later cancels the order with the used code of his own free will, he is no longer entitled to a new benefit from this code.

    Discount codes are not cumulative and do not apply to products on sale, unless otherwise stated.

  • 13 PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

    We are aware that the privacy of visitors and customers in our online store comes first. Nevertheless, product characteristics (color, additional arrangement products), delivery time or price can change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer about the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered product.

    Although the provider tries to provide accurate photos of the products for sale, all photos should be taken as symbolic. Photos do not guarantee product features.

    Shop Zvonček will communicate with the user about possible complications regarding the order via e-mail or phone, as for advertising messages, they will be clearly visible and clearly separated from other messages.

Prizes are not transferable.
